Café Aiko is a small, design-conscious dessert café built around unexpected flavours and quiet good taste. Everything is made fresh, in small batches, because a brownie made beautifully is reason enough to slow down.

05 · The Craft

Made fresh, in small batches.

We make everything by hand, in quantities small enough to fuss over. Good chocolate, real pistachio, proper matcha. Ingredients chosen first, then coaxed into flavours you don't expect to find.

It means some days sell out. We think that's the point.
